Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for your order from XCLEARVISION. We hope you enjoy your new loupes and/or head lights. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us.
For more information on our Refund & Return policy, please see the section below. Please note that these policies are in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Lights and Loupes are covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing or material defects (which does not cover wear and tear and damage/mishandling), except for the batteries, that come with1-year warranty. No repairs, exchanges or returns will be accepted by XCLEARVISION, outside of the warranty period.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. Hence, please consult professional ophthalmologist and/or any other advisor prior to making the purchase.
Repairs and Exchanges
If you notify us of any issues or defects within the warranty period for any of our products, we will move quickly to investigate the problem in order to address your concerns. And if necessary, we will adjust, repair, exchange the product at no additional cost.
Every single one of our loupes is completely customised to your requirements; however, in rare instances, few additional adjustments may be required after you receive the loupes. Please ensure to notify us if that occurs within 30 days of receiving your loupes and/or lights/batteries. We will then document and report the matter to Admetec and begin a troubleshooting process. We completely understand that this process can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we address your query/concern.
Please note that we do cover all domestic and international shipping costs if an item(s) is defective/faulty or needs to be repaired/adjusted within 30 days.
We understand you may wish to return any of our products immediately, due to personal preference or any other reasons beyond our or Admetec’s control. In that case, a restocking fee of10%-70% will be charged based on the following table:

Please notify us at the earliest, to get your return process started immediately.
When you reach out to us, we will provide you with the shipping details. Please note, we will cover costs for standard postage, not including insurance and any extra packaging materials and we reserve the right to solely cover the cost of repair or replacement of defective/faulty items. Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and mail it back to us.
After receiving your item(s)and inspecting its condition, we will initiate your repairs, exchange or return process. We will notify you by email once we receive the item(s).Please allow us 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your request.
